I bought a Mac Pro 15" a month ago and have to say that it is a surperb machine. I am running Parallels on it so I can still do my Windows stuff whenever I need to. hehe!
I hope that Adobe will release a Universal version of Dreamweaver and Flash. They seem a bit behind the times compare to other software apps.

I have been looking for a new MAC editor for PHP and ASP/ASP.NET. What do you use?
Dreamweaver is a bit to bloated really.

Check out TextMate or BBEdit. Both really powerful and customisable text editors.
