One Month

Well that’s the World Cup out of the way, now back to blogging. So what has happened since I last posted here?

  1. Ewan has started walking (he’ll be a year old on the 20th)
  2. I took over the reins at Presence Multimedia after my partner decided to move on
  3. Italy won the World Cup (and Zidane completely lost it - ZZ Strop!)
  4. As if taking over at Presence wasn’t enough, I’ve also taken up a role as Product Development Manager at a new company, The Workplace Travel Plan Company, which provides an online travel planning service.
  5. As for the internet, as far as I can tell there’s been no great news over the last month. @media 2006 came and went, but not being there, I wasn’t too interested in this.

So, hey ho, a busy old month then. Hopefully, it won’t be another month until my next post, but judging by 2 and 4 you never know…

Congrats on the promotion (sort of, I guess!) and the new job. @media was good again, met up with the same people (Nic in particular) and generally got thinking in a head scratching manner again.

I would have though 1 would have been more of a problem. If he can walk now he can get anywhere.

Cheers Gareth - have to let me know when the next NNM meetup is.

Ewan walking has indeed opened up a whole new world of possibilities. He can really get around so quickly now you need to have eyes on the back of your head!

Heh heh, don’t skim over posts because you’ll completely misunderstand.

I missed point 1 and then eventually read your comment. Andrew’s brain says ‘Ewan must be the guy who left Presence - and it looks like he was holding you back’. Eesh - invoke brain before reading :)

Congrats on the new stuff and the young stuff - sounds like all is working out for you!

Ditto on the congrats. We should have a chat and see if any networking can be done!
