Those clever chaps at Google have finished archiving over 20 years worth of Usenet messages and emails. To get you in the mood for sifting through the archives, they’ve dug out some notable messages, such as the first mention of Microsoft in 1981, and Tim Berners-Lee’s plan for the WorldWideWeb in 1991.
