Ewan

I’m proud to announce that Diane and I have a lovely little baby boy. Ewan Alexander Lindsay was born last Wednesday at 11.20am at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Gateshead.

As a result, I’m afraid there’s a good chance that posts will become few and far between for the next couple of weeks. I’m sure you can appreciate why!

Congratulations Phil, just remember to steer him AWAY from web development; That said, it might just be a respectable profession by then :)

Congratulations to you both!

Hi Phil

Congratulations to you both.

Perhaps during the impending sleepness nights you might find the time to update us with your progress?

Congratulations

Thanks for all the kind comments. He seems to be behaving himself the last 2 nights – he’s only been up the 3 times during the night. It certainly helps not having to work during the day though!

Phil and Diane congratulations on the great news - the big question is will he grow up to play football for Scotland or England.

"will he grow up to play football for Scotland or England?"

Really Jim – as if you had to ask ;-)

Congratulations! We’ve become parents too, in June: we had a girl, though, called Phoebe:

The broken sleep is...interesting. It doesn’t last forever (I keep telling myself!)

Well done to all three of you!!

Nice one Tim ;-) Many congratulations! The lack of sleep can be a real problem. It’s not too bad just now as I’m on paternity leave, so I can have a nap in the afternoon when he settles down, but I’m not looking forward to returning to work!
