Keep RSI at bay
Troubled by sore forearms and Logitech’s refusal to support Mac OS X, I found this utility pretty useful. The installation process is done through the terminal but is not as tricky as it seems. The end result is much faster mouse movement, which is pretty handy if you have a large res monitor, and will hopefully prolong the onslaught of RSI for a few years yet. Beware though - the speed increase is quite dramatic.
