Lindows looks to be trying to emulate the features of Mac OS X with Windows. Lindows (well dodgy name) appears to be based on a BSD core with a GUI on top and has the ability to run Windows apps as well as Linux ones. Good luck to Michael Robertson, but with Mac OS X he’s got a hard act to follow.
