I didn’t really hang around Andrew. Took this photo from the ferry as it docked at North Shields, then I had to zoom into town to get to work!
I’ve been to the Zetland a couple of times though – maybe catch a pint next time I’m down there!

As far a pipe-laying vessels go this is relatively small! You should see the big monster barge-type ones.
