4G iPod
MSNBC has the scoop on the new iPod. Or more likely, the revised iPod, as it’s hardly a great departure from the previous 3G iPod.
The most noticeable change to the exterior is the absence of the 4 buttons above the scroll-wheel, their functionality being merged into a new clicker-wheel.
Other interesting points :
- Revised Interface
- Multiple on-the-go playlists
- Longer battery life (12 hours)
- Lower price (about $100 less for the 20 Gb model)

So it is... I’ve got the 1st Gen iPod (which had no buttons), so it slipped my mind :-)
