Thanks for the welcome, sorry for the delayed start. I spent the last 24 hours having an Adventure in Tooth Extraction™ (http://www.maniacalrage.net/archives/2004/02/adventures_in_tooth_extraction.php). Hopefully now I can start posting here at xlab.

Eek, you have my sympathies regarding your dental experience. Thankfully, I’ve not had to visit my dentist for a while, but as a kid I was forever there (I had protruding fangs!).
