Apple have launched a new website exclusively for the iPod. ipodrocks.com looks to be targeting consumers just in time for Christmas, and features extensive use of Flash and QuickTime, in a design which I can only really describe as 'funky'.

it didn"t use flash. only pure quicktime. impressive.

Certainly some of it is not QuickTime, since I was able to see it on Linux ;-)

The ipod is so damn cool, but this battery life problem is really putting me off saving up for one. Anyone have any idea as to if and how they are going to solve it?

The mini ipods are rather nifty too...
